Company Secretary Services

1. The Company Secretary Service fee for each Company is HKD$1,500 per year.  The services are included:
   
   • - Prepare and submit the annual return to Companies Registry (not include any HK Gov’t fee)
   • - Prepare and submit the Form to Change the Director / Secretary / Registered Office / Share allotment
 
2. The Company Secretary Service fee for Change the Company name is HKD$1,600 (not include the HK Gov’t fee HKD$295)
 
3. The Company Secretary Service fee for Share Transfer is HKD$1,500 for each transaction (not include any Stamp Duty)
